Is there a trial period?

Yes, Standup Mate offers a free plan that allows you to try the core features without any time limit. You can use the app with up to 5 team members and create unlimited standups to evaluate how it fits your workflow. If you need more advanced features such as larger teams, multi-timezone support, absence settings, and daily reports exporting, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

What do I get after purchased?

After purchasing Standup Mate, you get full access to use the app inside your Slack workspace without any limitations. This includes unlimited users and unlimited standups for your teams. You also unlock all the premium features such as unlimited participants, multi-timezone support, absence or vacation settings, and daily reports exporting capabilities.

Can I cancel the subscription at anytime?

Sure. You can cancel your subscription at anytime via the standupmate app home screen in Slack. Keep in mind this will affect your whole team. After the subscription cancellation date, your team won't be able to use standupmate.

Do you have a per person price tier?

Not at the moment. We only charge for the whole Slack workspace and we think this price point is reasonable for any size of team.

100% Data Security

Your data security and privacy are a top priority for Standup Mate. All standups created through the app remain fully owned by you and your team. Standup Mate only stores the minimum data required to schedule and deliver your standups inside Slack. All responses are securely encrypted and handled with strict confidentiality. We never copy, sell, or clone your standup data in any way.
Once a standup is deleted, all associated answers and related data for that standup are permanently deleted from our servers. We are committed to keeping your team’s information safe, private, and secure.
